welcome/status The first screen you see when you log in. 'Account status' shows you how much of your traffic allowance has been used and how much is still available for the current quarter. It also shows any 'Incomplete Transfers' - which have not yet been collected/downloaded.

Here you can select the file/s you want to send, choose the target Client from your Client address book, add a note or job reference to accompany the client notification and send the file.
The �Send Files� page also shows you the last 20 transfers you sent.
>click to view sample page >> retrieve files This is where you can view transfers that have been sent to you which are currently in your secure user zone on the whooosh server awaiting download. You can view them by 'client' or by date/time sent. You can choose to download any or all files � e.g. you could download urgent files but leave the lower priority transfers until later.
As well as controlling your file transfers, the whooosh user zone will also give you access to a number of pages which provide detailed information on your account, including the following:

iframes - If you have selected a quarterly subscription package that includes the whooosh Iframe option, you can personalise your iframe in 'my details' to include your own corporate colours to integrate seemlessly into your own website.

my server In 'my server', you can view all the files currently stored within your secure user zone on the whooosh server. You can view them by 'client' or by date. You can view files in, files out or all files. And you can delete any files no longer needed.
>click to view sample page >> my clients On this page you can amend, delete or add new 'Clients' to your address book � which is your list of authorised �Clients�. The system will set passwords, however these can be changed by the user or by the relevant �Client� at any time. For each �Client�, the User can choose whether they be given permission to upload files, download files or do both.
>click to view sample page >> my history 'my history' is a record of all traffic through your secure area on the whooosh server. You can view this list by 'client', date, files in or files out. You can print off this list for your records and use it to track client activity.
>click to view sample page >> my account 'my account' shows a historical financial record of your account with whooosh and includes the due date of your next invoice, any discounts available/applied plus your 'Account Status' which tells you how much of your traffic allowance has been used and how much is still available that quarter.
